The Modern Boy Magazine was first published in February 1928 by
the Amalgamated Press
The copyright in the magazine is presumably held by the original
company or it’s successors although some 80 years have passed since first
publication
and some 70 years have passed since it ceased publication
All pictures are taken from my own collection of “The Modern Boy”
Magazine.
A few internal pictures have been used to illustrate the Biggles
content and other interesting articles and these are deemed to be fair use.
The
copyright in all of W.E. Johns work is owned by the estate of W.E. Johns as
represented by his literary agent, Ms Linda Shaughnessy of A. P. Watt.
